Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Business Performance Controlling to lead our controlling team and partner with the business to drive continuous improvement. As a key member of our management team, you will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for driving business decisions based on a deep understanding of performance drivers.

As the Head of Business Performance Controlling, you will be the driving force behind our decision-making process, identifying trends, and guiding the business towards possible outcomes. With your strong commercial insights, you will provide accurate and timely insights on efficiency and scale, working capital, and other key performance indicators. You will also engage with the CFO, CEO, and other members of the management team on business decisions and daily operations.

We are looking for a team player with excellent leadership skills, who can drive change throughout the organization and be the owner and ambassador of business performance management practices. You will be responsible for driving improvements in our ways of working, making them more efficient and automated. In addition to your analytical and strategic skills, you will also need to be hands-on and entrepreneurial, involved in daily tasks and working closely with the team.

Qualifications
  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with M&A and post-merger integrations
  • 10+ years of relevant working experience in a retail/e-commerce organization, with at least 2 years in a team lead role
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
  • Excellent change and stakeholder management
  • Experienced user of BI tooling and other reporting and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
