Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

Job Summary:

As a Regional Sales Executive at Mendix, you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of new business opportunities in close collaboration with channel partners. Your primary goal will be to capture new opportunities and grow business within designated existing accounts in retail, logistics, utilities, and construction in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and qualify leads and develop them into high-value opportunities
* Work closely with channel partners to generate pipeline and close sales in a co-sell motion
* Build relationships and communicate the differentiated value of Mendix to the customer at both the technical and business levels
* Develop strategies for each account to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence
* Take the core role in the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities

Requirements:

* 3+ years of demonstrated direct sales or channel experience in enterprise software with a proven track record of generating and closing net new sales
* Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles, including the ability to provide coordination and direction to your extended team
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage partner relationships at all levels
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
* Ability to travel 25-50% within the territory/region
