Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Tax Expert who can provide support to our Head of Tax Benelux on direct tax matters, including Dutch corporate income taxation, dividend withholding taxation, and international taxation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Advising and providing support to the Head of Tax Benelux on direct tax matters;
- Providing support to Philips organization on Dutch and international tax matters;
- Reviewing and supporting the process with respect to Dutch corporate income tax returns;
- Reviewing and supporting the process with respect to Dutch Dividend Withholding tax return;
- Participating in regular meetings with the Dutch Tax authorities on various direct tax topics;
- Providing support to the periodical Dutch Tax forecasting process;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A master's degree in tax law or tax economics and membership of the Dutch association of tax advisers (NOB);
- Demonstrable experience of 6-10 years in the field of Dutch corporate income taxation and international taxation;
- Very strong analytical skills with an eye for detail;
- Excellent representation, communication skills;
- Dutch native speaker and fluent in English (both verbally and in writing);
