We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security and Privacy Leader to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the vision and strategy for Cyber Security and Privacy across our business functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Cyber Security and Privacy strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures legal compliance.
- Take accountability for influencing Ingka leaders and teams to effectively implement Cyber Security and Privacy practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with the Ingka Group Cyber Security and Privacy function to develop and secure CS&P practices, representing the specific needs of the Business function.
- Secure adherence to the risk framework alongside relevant functions, facilitating the organization's effective alignment with business objectives.
- Adhere to compliance frameworks, manage audits, and provide comprehensive reporting on CS&P performance, monitoring, analyzing, and taking effective action against internal and external risks and threats.
We act as a strategic partner to IKEA Retail and Ingka Centers by securing financial strength for future growth and making investments that contribute to making Ingka Group the world's leading multichannel home furnishing retailer and to achieving its People & Planet Positive strategy.
