{"About this role": "As a Cyber Security and Privacy Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the vision and strategy for Cyber Security and Privacy (CS&P) within the Business function. You will work closely with the Ingka Group Cyber Security and Privacy function to develop, secure, and implement CS&P practices, representing the specific needs of the Business function.
Your responsibilities will include driving global steering documents, directing the implementation of business-centric goals for CS&P within the Business function, ensuring a secure incorporation of Business function requirements into the global CS&P direction, and fostering effective governance and collaboration across functions.
You will also be responsible for adhering to compliance frameworks, managing audits, and providing comprehensive reporting on CS&P performance, monitoring, analyzing, and taking effective action against internal and external risks and threats.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence, design, and implement the Cyber security practice based on your vision and competence, and to have a global impact through your work.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has a strong knowledge of Cybersecurity domains, leadership, and strategic management, and who is passionate about emerging cyber security threats and their possible impacts on the business environment.
