About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security and Privacy Leader to join our team at IKEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Cyber Security and Privacy strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Cyber Security and Privacy strategy that ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks and threats.
  • Design and implement effective security controls and procedures to protect our data and systems.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving our security posture.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security and Privacy.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies.

This role requires fluency in English.
