Marketing Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Director to lead our Performance Marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and results-orientation.
  • Define target customer segments and create marketing strategies to reach them.
  • Acquire new subscribers through various marketing channels, with a focus on performance-driven channels.
  • Evaluate marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support the launch of new products and services.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop a long-term performance strategy for Creative Fabrica.
Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in operational marketing, including 5+ years of managing teams.
  • A proven track record of driving customer acquisition and retention in a B2C subscription-based business.
  • Experience in owning and allocating marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing ROI on marketing spend.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEA, affiliates, referrals, and email marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, and channel measurement.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and marketing automation platforms.
