Global HR Strategist for Luxury Hospitality

Are you passionate about shaping the future of luxury hospitality? The July, a premium hospitality brand, is seeking an experienced International HR Specialist to lead our international growth and development. As we expand globally, this role will play a critical part in implementing our strategic HR plan, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing expert guidance on complex HR matters.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 4-6 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in Europe. Your expertise in global HR practices, compensation & benefits, employment laws, and regulations will be invaluable in helping us navigate international markets.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our international HR strategy, researching and recommending competitive compensation & benefits, payroll, insurances, and translating our HR guides to ensure compliance with local regulations. You will also be a key player in driving our growth ambition through activities such as employer branding, strategic personnel planning, international employership, and attractive employment conditions.

As an International HR Specialist, you will report directly to our HR Director and collaborate closely with our HR team, which includes an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Specialists, an HR intern, and an UK HR Manager. You will have the opportunity to engage in various projects, including our Dutch HR operations, to gain a comprehensive understanding of our systems, procedures, and company culture and values.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
