About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Supplier Quality Manager to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our global QESH department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of our high-tech supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Supplier audit program and Supplier Quality complaints process to ensure suppliers meet VDA 6.3 Automotive standards.
  • Collaborate with Supplier Quality engineers to oversee customer relations and improvement plans, boosting quality awareness and performance.
  • Act as a business partner to the corporate Procurement Director, assisting category managers in Supplier Quality contracting and addressing structural quality issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement of top strategic suppliers and assess new suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Set and roll out supplier Quality agreements and plan and perform supplier (process) audits, reporting action plans and following up on countermeasures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in (industrial) engineering or industrial management.
  • Deep understanding of ISO Standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF16949) and Q&SHE legislation.
  • Certifications such as Certified Auditor VD6.3 and Blackbelt are highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively at all organizational levels and with suppliers.
  • Experience in working within diverse and remote teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus.
