About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community & Events Manager to join our team at High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE). As a key member of our Ecosystem Management department, you will be responsible for building and nurturing vibrant communities and organizing engaging events that drive collaboration and growth for our emerging tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts at our hubs, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.
  • Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including workshops, networking sessions, and industry talks, in collaboration with the team.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement and growth to continuously improve our offerings and member satisfaction.
  • Manage event logistics, coordinate with speakers, and provide support during events.
  • Provide regular reports on event performance, success, and member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in AI, data, spatial computing/XR, and digital technologies.
  • Proven experience in community management, event planning, or a similar role, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
  • Ability to connect with diverse audiences and build strong relationships.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to change.
