Community Manager for Emerging Tech Hubs

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Community & Events Manager to join our team at High Tech Campus Eindhoven (HTCE). As a key member of our Campus Site Management team, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing vibrant communities and organizing engaging events that drive collaboration and growth for our emerging tech ecosystem.

About the Role:

As a Community & Events Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with startups, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts at our hubs. You will be the first point of contact for our residents and partners, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement, and helping them on their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our hub residents and partners
  • Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including workshops, networking sessions, and industry talks
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement and growth to continuously improve our offerings and member satisfaction
  • Work closely with the team to deliver internal projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in AI, data, spatial computing, and digital technologies
  • Proven experience in community management, event planning, or a similar role, ideally within a tech-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
