About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Community & Events Manager to join our team at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. As a key member of our Ecosystem Management department, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our residents, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts.

Your Mission

Your primary objective will be to create vibrant communities and engaging events that drive collaboration, growth, and innovation within our emerging tech ecosystem. You will work closely with our team to plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including workshops, networking sessions, and industry talks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our residents, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events that drive collaboration, growth, and innovation within our ecosystem.
  • Monitor and analyze community engagement and growth to continuously improve our offerings and member satisfaction.
  • Manage event logistics, coordinate with speakers, and provide support during events.
  • Provide regular reports on event performance, success, and member satisfaction.

Your Background

  • You have a passion for technology and innovation, with an interest in AI, data, spatial computing, and digital technologies.
  • You have proven experience in community management, event planning, or a similar role, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
  • You are willing to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, to accommodate events and community needs.
  • You have a creative mindset, a knack for organizing engaging events, and excellent communication skills.

The role of Community & Events Manager is part of the Ecosystem Management department and reports to the Innovation Manager. The Ecosystem Management team is committed to the further growth of the HTCE ecosystem and providing additional value to the current population of 300 companies. You'll work closely together with a complementary, experienced, and motivated group of people.
