Key Responsibilities

As a Managing Director in Insurance and/or Banking, you will play a pivotal role in driving Sia Partners' growth by leveraging your expertise in business development, sales, account management, and content creation. You will collaborate with a highly motivated team of Directors and Partners worldwide, as well as consultants in the Netherlands.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients, as well as new clients, to drive business growth.
  • Develop and lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Meet sales and delivery targets, ensuring the success of Sia Partners' business.
  • Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients, providing industry guidance and strategies.
  • Build and lead a team of consultants on missions and commercial endeavors, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • You hold a Master's Degree and have at least 8 years of experience within a consultancy company.
  • You possess a background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and/or organizational transformation.
  • You have the capability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting engagements.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. German knowledge is a plus.
  • You have the ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment within a varied team.
  • You are dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset.
