Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Support Team Lead to join our Digital Farming team in Maassluis, Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists, providing expert guidance and oversight to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Salary and Benefits

This exciting role offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary scale up to 7,500 euros gross per month
  • An additional 8% holiday allowance
  • Excellent working conditions, including 27 vacation days & 13 scheduled days off

In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, opportunities to work from home (minimum three days in the office and maximum two days at home), and access to our Lely Academy with a range of different training courses.

Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Service Support Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of technical support specialists to deliver high-quality services to our customers
  • Providing expert guidance and oversight to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of technical specialists
  • Expertise in IT service management and stakeholder management
  • A broad understanding of technology, including business and IT systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
