About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Growth Management & Category Finance Lead to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Benelux Business Unit, you will drive impactful financial strategy and guide the commercial strategy of the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead Revenue Management Growth projects to maximize return on investment across all Kraft Heinz categories.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover RGM opportunities that enhance turnover and net profit, focusing on promotions, assortment, and pricing strategies.
- Identify and exploit pricing opportunities in the market, creating and implementing effective sell-in strategies.
- Optimize promotional strategies by analyzing efficiency at the category and account levels and integrating findings.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, including category trends, competitor movements, and consumer insights, to support strategic decisions.
- Serve as a key business partner to Commercial Category Leaders and influence marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Category Leaders to formulate and implement a cohesive strategic financial plan, delivering critical insights to business leaders in the Benelux region.
- Analyze key financial performance drivers and draft actionable recommendations for future initiatives.
- Oversee the budgeting process for commercial categories and manage in-year forecasting to track and report on business performance.
- Develop and customize tools in collaboration with the Central RGM Teams to meet local needs.
- Enhance local team capabilities and knowledge in RGM priorities to drive business growth.
- Run end-to-end project delivery for PMO-supported initiatives, including new product launches and value engineering projects.
- Lead and develop a team of four colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 6+ years of relevant experience. Experience as a (strategy) consultant is a plus
- Fluency in English is a requirement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest complex information at a high pace and to simplify the complex
- Interested in business and stakeholders and strong commercial judgement
- Strong leadership skills; you are able to manage, guide and lead employees to grow to their full potential
- Ability to build reliable and solid long-term relationships, while displaying challenging and constructive behavior to strengthen the business
