Product Management Specialist

Corbion is seeking a skilled Product Management Specialist to drive the development and execution of our product strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure products are available and sustainably profitable in the short and long term.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute medium and long-term product strategy
- Set up new products and manage the introduction phase
- Manage product changes and documentation, including PDS, SDS, and Labels
- Actively engage in product development and project management
- Communicate with internal partners, including commercial teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders
- Manage discrepancies in supply and demand with sales, marketing, and supply chain
- Support documentation requirements for the LAD product portfolio
- Proactively support customers regarding product-related concerns
- Own product details and specifications, operating as an internal product expert
- Partner with operations to manage customer complaints and supply issues
- Ensure global regulatory registrations and compliance
- Manage crises, including supply shortages, product failures, or regulatory changes
- Align with marketing and insights to monitor competitive activities within the LAD product portfolio
- Coordinate with research and quality regarding customer requests, audits, registrations, and other market/product needs
- Provide pricing guidance for the product portfolio in line with portfolio profitability targets
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science (chemicals, marketing, business administration)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management
- Strong understanding of product sales processes
- Ability to analyze current business situations and strategize short and long-term
- Hands-on mentality with past success managing projects and meeting deadlines
- Self-starter who can work independently or partner with internal cross-functional teams
