As a Mechanical Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing a test setup that can be transformed into a product for the agricultural world. You will take a leadership position in our technical developments, making decisions on system architecture, determining optimization strategies, and performing experiments and validation.

Our academic partners will provide valuable background information, but the execution will largely be your own contribution. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • Significant knowledge of mechanical/mechatronic system design, BSc Mechanical Engineering or BSc Mechatronics with a preference for business development.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with suppliers in the agro industry.
  • Capacity to make adequate technical decisions and manage relationships with academic partners.
  • Excellent planning skills.
  • Flexibility and openness to take on tasks outside of your job description if needed to keep the company on track.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about innovation and has a strong background in mechanical engineering. Our technology is developing from simple to more complex, and as our technology base improves, you will have the chance to grow with us as a younger researcher or accelerate this process with your experience and deep knowledge as a more senior candidate.
