Boomerang Agency is een creatief bureau dat zich specialiseert in het maken van spraakmakende en speelse content voor klanten. Wij zijn een club van doeners die zich inzetten voor de dingen waar we om geven.

Vacatureomschrijving

We zijn op zoek naar een Medior Creative die weet hoe hij digitale momenten creëert die blijven hangen en virale hits scoort. Jij bedenkt frisse en originele ideeën voor het hele social (media) landschap. Je hebt een zesde zintuig voor het spotten van creatieve kansen in trends op verschillende platforms, en weet deze om te toveren in nieuwe, inspirerende concepten.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bedenk en creëer originele en impactvolle social concepten en campagnes, binnen het budget;
  • Vertaal strategieën naar creatieve concepten die scoren;
  • Bedenk ideeën voor zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten;
  • Houd toezicht op het proces van idee tot een prachtig eindresultaat (Art Direction en Copy)
  • Neem verantwoordelijkheid voor meerdere klanten (A-klanten) en hun deadlines;
  • Brief designers en werk nauw samen met strategie, project en account;
  • Maak andere ideeën sterker, of stuur ze bij op een constructieve manier;
  • Neem deel aan pitch-processen en overtuig klanten van jouw visie.

  • Je brainstormt en conceptualiseert graag met je team, maar kunt ook prima zelfstandig uit de voeten;
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en communiceert duidelijk met de Creative Director en je team;
  • Je bent altijd op de hoogte van de laatste social trends;
  • Je bent strategisch sterk en denkt altijd een stap vooruit;
  • Je kunt respectvol confronteren en problemen tijdig aankaarten;
  • Je bent een creatieve probleemoplosser die meerdere projecten tegelijk kan beheren;
  • Stressbestendig, positief kritisch, punctueel en oplossingsgericht zijn jouw middle names;
  • Je kunt een team inspireren en aansturen;
  • Je hebt een vlotte pen en bent sterk in korte copy;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met nieuwe platforms en technieken (AI);
  • Je bent een pro in Adobe Creative Suite en Keynote.
