Partner Manager, Social and Creative Agencies

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
  • 5 years of experience leading on social media strategies for brands and agencies.
  • Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, YouTube, or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the creative process and campaign development.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities.

As a Partner Manager in our Large Customer Sales (LCS) Agencies and Partner Team, you will be focused on growing ad business by developing strategic partnerships with key creative and social agencies for LCS advertisers, working collaboratively to unlock the full potential of YouTube for their clients.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships with key decision-makers at creative and social agencies, positioning YouTube as their preferred video advertising partner.
  • Collaborate with agencies to design and execute innovative video campaigns that leverage YouTube's formats, targeting options, and measurement tools, delivering exceptional results for their clients.
  • Help agencies seamlessly integrate YouTube video campaigns with their broader social media strategies, including paid and organic initiatives on various platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization and business opportunities and drive continuous improvement in client results.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
