About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager Production to join our in-house creative brand agency at Rituals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational production process, leading a team of production experts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality commercial and wellbeing content assets across all lines of business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead a team of seven production professionals, ensuring high performance and development.
  • Strategic Planning: Own and manage the production calendar, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth production process.
  • Budget Management: Handle production budgets, including negotiating and cost control.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement structured processes and solutions to enhance production efficiency, including legal aspects for buy-outs.
  • Innovative/Technical Experience: Build a team committed to handling the next steps for creative assets for AI and CGI, leveraging knowledge and experience within these production elements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of production experience, preferably with agencies focused on fashion, cosmetics, FMCG, and/or retail clients.
  • A strong project portfolio that showcases creative, video/photography production, and project management skills.
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics, combined with solid production skills and deep knowledge of creative processes.
  • Hands-on experience with shooting and editing videos and 2D/CGI/AI campaigns, both for print and online use.
  • A passion for the Rituals brand and philosophy, with the ability to connect people, ideas, and concepts.
