Your Mission

The Foleon platform is utilized by marketing and communications teams, as well as creative agencies, to develop interactive content for their clientele. As our Agency Partner Manager, your responsibility will be to onboard, retain, and expand our customer base within this sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee approximately 150+ accounts of our agency partners.
  • Facilitate the successful onboarding of new agency clients.
  • Inspire and guide agencies to maximize their subscription benefits.
  • Conduct monthly webinars to engage with your accounts efficiently.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with your customer base.
  • Identify and secure expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product and discuss relevant features with customers based on their specific business needs.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives focused on our agency partners.
  • Ensure healthy retention rates for your accounts.
  • Metrics you will influence include Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Retention Revenue (NRR), onboarding time to value, and adoption metrics, such as the number of Foleon Docs created over time.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner-facing, quota-carrying roles in business development, strategic alliances, or account management within SaaS organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Solid understanding and experience working with regional partners, resellers, or solution partners.
  • Willingness to adjust working hours to accommodate customer time zones as needed.
  • In-depth knowledge of the business model and operations of creative agencies.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
