As our Agency Partner Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, retaining, and growing our customer base in the agency segment.

Your Mission

Our platform is used by marketing and communications teams as well as creative agencies to produce interactive content for their clients. Your role will be to manage roughly 150+ accounts of our agency partners, ensuring successful onboarding, guiding and inspiring agencies to fully utilize their subscription, and hosting monthly webinars to engage with your accounts in a scalable manner.

Your Job

  • Manage a portfolio of 150+ agency partner accounts
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new agency customers
  • Guide and inspire agencies to maximize their subscription potential
  • Host monthly webinars to engage with your accounts
  • Build meaningful relationships with your customer base
  • SOURCE AND CLOSE EXPANSION OPPORTUNITIES
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and communicate its value to customers
  • Participate in marketing activities focused on our agency partners
  • Drive healthy retention of your accounts
  • Influence key metrics such as Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Retention Revenue (NRR), onboarding time to value, and adoption metrics

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in partner-facing, quota-carrying roles in business development, strategic alliances, or account management at SaaS organizations
  • Proven experience in building long-lasting partnerships
  • Solid understanding of regional partners, resellers, or solution partners
  • Flexibility to align working hours with customer time zones
  • In-depth understanding of creative agencies' business models
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
