About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Marketing Excellence Team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement partner marketing plans that drive business growth and revenue increase for existing partners.
  • Design and execute co-marketing initiatives that foster strong relationships with partners and enhance their marketing capabilities.
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure they maximize the value of marketing tools and resources.
  • Develop and maintain a partner finder tool to facilitate partner engagement and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with marketing activation teams to develop and execute lead generation programs that help partners identify and target potential customers.
  • Support the partner sales team in marketing the global partner loyalty program.
  • Standardize and share best practices for partner marketing across the professional partner and marketing community.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related role in healthcare systems.
  • Strong operational and execution focus, driven by partner intimacy.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to interact with sales and business marketing organization.
