Job Title: Partner Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Growth Manager to join our Hospitality team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of existing and developing new strategic partnerships that drive new merchants within the Benelux market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture existing strategic partners and ensure their ongoing success
  • Meet and exceed channel sales quotas
  • Provide insightful monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts
  • Establish new strategic partnerships through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound qualification
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, including training and crafting winning go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with Partner Development, Product, Business Development, and sales managers to drive success
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in account management, direct sales, business development, or partnership management
  • Experience with upselling and finding solutions for partners
  • Stakeholder management and partnership strategy
  • Ability to train, motivate, and foster relationships with potential partners
  • Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and French is required
