Sales Growth Manager

INEOS Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager - Benelux to drive sales growth within their assigned area. The successful candidate will identify and secure new business opportunities for INEOS Automotive, working in conjunction with our dealer partner network to grow market share and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors, and clients to drive sales growth and improve market presence
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Report on sales performance and forecast trends
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets
- Willingness to travel within your assigned business area
