Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Benelux Sales department. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line growth and expanding our customer base within the Benelux region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting, creating, and developing new leads through cold and warm outreach
- Full ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Communicating the value proposition of sennder to logistics procurement leadership across multiple industries
- Regularly attending meetings with prospects and active shippers
- Engaging with external stakeholders, from transportation managers to senior-level executives
- Working closely with the account management and carrier teams to drive top-line growth for existing customers
- Ownership of core metrics for the sales pipeline, with frequent reporting to internal stakeholders
- Leading RFP process activities, including RFI completion, documentation review, summary, and distribution to stakeholders
- Helping to form pricing strategy based on overall business objectives and communicating goals to customers
- A solid background in new logo acquisition and account management in the logistics industry
- A proven track record of landing and growing business with mid-market and enterprise customers
- The ability to concisely package valuable information for both customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Dutch is preferred
