Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead revenue growth initiatives for Azure, Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics at Microsoft. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to accelerate customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in sales and negotiation, as well as strong leadership and people management skills. They will be responsible for managing a team of 9, working closely with Microsoft's sales teams and business groups, and collaborating with customers to develop mutually beneficial deals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Designing and implementing effective deal-making strategies that result in mutual wins for customers and Microsoft
  • Coaching and leading teams to craft deals that drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversight of compliance strategy and execution, ensuring all deal-making processes align with Microsoft policy

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and recommending risk tolerance strategies based on liability understanding
  • Budgeting for profit and loss (P&L) and promoting sustainable business practices
  • Empowering teams to assess risk and liability during deal consideration

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in sales and negotiation, preferably with a background in business management, information technology, law, marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrable sales management or sales executive leadership experience, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $180,000
