About the Role

The ESG Strategic Account Director will play a pivotal role in driving retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement for Broadcom's Enterprise Security Group portfolio in EMEA. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA.
  • Drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement through strategic customer engagement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior management to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal departments and partners to align sales initiatives with financial and business goals.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs to drive success.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is desirable.
