Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team at Undutchables and drive their sales efforts in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and develop relationships with customers in the DACH region, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Sales Strategy: Identify and create sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
- Travel and Collaboration: Travel frequently to meet clients, understand their needs, and collaborate closely with teams based in the Netherlands.
- Deal Closure and Follow-up: Close deals and ensure the follow-up of agreements, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Passion and Motivation: Passionate, motivated, and disciplined sales talent with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C2 level) and English (fluent), with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales (Junior) or 10 years (Senior), with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Personality: Strong-willed and ambitious personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
