Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and progress, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements



  • Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
