Advanced Operations Coordinator

At Siemens Gamesa, we're looking for a skilled Advanced Operations Coordinator to join our Central Europe Offshore Service organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wind farms. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct short-term site planning activities, coordinating daily planning and dispatching technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks. You'll work closely with our Manager of Operations Coordination and other stakeholders to maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities, create daily and weekly plans for site teams, and monitor weather conditions and employee safety. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct short-term site planning activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily planning coordination tasks
- Dispatch technicians to wind farms, ensuring they have the necessary tools and materials
- Collaborate with the Senior Technician and Operational Planner to create daily and weekly plans for site teams, considering factors like weather and team availability
- Monitor weather conditions and employee safety, reporting any concerns to management
- Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities, creating and following up on Turbine Down orders
- Review time records and track parts to enable billing, coordinating HSE documentation, and filing reports
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Coordination team, including warehouse support and record keeping
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Secondary education and technical background preferred
- Relevant work experience as a Service Coordinator (Planner), with experience scheduling employees, parts, and tools
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation a plus
- Stress-resistant, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently and confidently with stakeholders
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP SRP a plus
What We Offer
- A gross monthly salary of up to 4200
- 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries

- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours
