In our role as the first cross-border Transmission System Operator (TSO), we design, build, maintain, and operate over 25,000 kilometres of high-voltage electricity grid in the Netherlands and large parts of Germany. We facilitate the European energy market through our 17 interconnectors to neighbouring countries. Our team of 8,300 employees takes ownership, shows courage, and makes and maintains connections to ensure that the supply and demand of electricity is balanced for over 43 million people.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Chain Process Manager to join our team at TenneT. As an Enterprise Asset Chain Process Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP). This includes facilitating the Asset Committee (AC) and federated data governance, as well as managing a team of about 15 colleagues responsible for successfully running and improving the information landscape in line with Enterprise Architecture principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maturing our SAMP and facilitating the AC;
  • Participating in the management team Asset Information and reporting to the Head of Asset Information team;
  • Leading a team of about 15 colleagues in managing the information landscape;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An academic working and thinking level, preferably with a master's degree in data/information management and/or business administration;
  • Multiple years of experience in managing teams in matrix organizations with diverse stakeholders and complex business cases;
  • Experience in change and implementation management of new processes in agile and waterfall setups;
  • Preferably experience in managing virtual teams with diverse professional skills in multiple locations;
