Job Description

In this challenging role, you'll be responsible for leading the further development, optimization, and standardization of the portfolio management process (PMP) at TenneT. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing a Performance Management Culture by collaborating with various areas within the company;
  • Ensuring quality assurance and data analysis of the portfolio to identify improvement initiatives and inform company-wide steering;
  • Creating and providing reports and key figures to support decision-making, including LEQ, QIR, and IPR metrics;
  • Preparing and following up on quarterly portfolio management process events;
  • Driving necessary change to successfully steer the portfolio;
  • Supporting the Director of the Unit in preparing Performance Dialogues and yearly planning of the unit;
  • Assisting the (Associate) Director in preparing Asset Committee and Future Design Committee meetings.
Your Profile and Background

We're looking for an individual with a university degree in an economic or technical field, accompanied by relevant experience in portfolio management and change management. Ideally, you've implemented portfolio management projects previously and possess excellent organizational skills, a structured approach, and strong Dutch and English language proficiency.
