Fleet Cyber Security Specialist

About the Role
Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Officer to join our Fleet Services team. As a Cyber Security Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our Information and Operational technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that IT services, solutions, and assets comply with Fugro and international legislative/regulatory requirements;
- Perform Cyber Security Audits for FS, discuss compliance and audit findings with management, share relevant risk analysis, and develop action plans to address them and drive remediation activities across the organisation;
- Drive education and increase Cyber Security awareness, provide risk advice, and collaborate with Security Operations Centre, Marine IT, and Local IT to high-priority incidents and capture lessons learned;
- Work on supply chain and other cyber risk assessments;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions within all regions;
- Support the business within the process regarding cyber security-related aspects, support within the cyber security auditing process (internal and external) and other related cyber security assessments;
- Occasional travel may be required;
- Maintain the Ship Cyber Security Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline;
- Minimum 1-3 years of previous working experience preferably in Information Technology, Operational Technology, and/or shipping;
- Strong communication and reporting skills in English (verbal and written);
- Knowledge of Information Security standards, such as ISO 27001, IACS UR E26/E27, NIST, and relevant legal compliance aspects;
- Information Security certifications, such as CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, are seen as a plus;
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;
- Experience working with auditors and IT Risk and Security governance is seen as a plus.
