About the Role
Fugro is seeking an experienced Information Security Officer to join our global team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company's Information Security posture and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Fugro Global Information Security policy and standards;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and regions to identify and mitigate information security risks;
- Provide feedback on security compliance to various stakeholders and drive continuous improvement;
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to ensure effective communication and awareness of information security risks;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of information security awareness programs throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in information security, with a strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cyber Security Framework;
- CISM certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months;
- Excellent English language skills, both written and oral.
