Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Information Risk Officer to drive our risk management practices and ensure the security and continuity of our operations. As a key member of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks, developing policies and best practices, and leading crisis management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive risk management across business units, focusing on security, privacy, and continuity
- Partner with leaders to identify risks and implement effective solutions
- Spearhead the development of policies and best practices in our dynamic tech environment
- Lead crisis management processes and foster a culture of risk awareness
- Guide senior management through risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Assess and report on control activities across the organization
- Develop and communicate security, privacy, and continuity standards
- Serve as the go-to expert for risk management queries

RequirementsWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Information Risk Officer with a HBO/WO level and at least eight years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, operational risk management, and/or information risk management. You should have knowledge of Security, Privacy, Business Continuity, Controls, and Risk Management, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
