We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team at Odido. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving risk management across business units, focusing on security, privacy, and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to identify risks and implement effective solutions
- Spearhead the development of policies and best practices in our dynamic tech environment
- Lead crisis management processes and foster a culture of risk awareness
- Guide senior management through risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Assess and report on control activities across the organization
- Develop and communicate security, privacy, and continuity standards
- Serve as the go-to expert for risk management queries

Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist with a strong background in Enterprise Risk Management, operational risk management, and/or information risk management. You should have a good understanding of Security, Privacy, Business Continuity, Controls, and Risk Management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to present and explain complex or sensitive topics to stakeholders of different areas and backgrounds.
