Project Strategy Leader

Role Overview
The Project Strategy Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of designated projects and processes. This includes evaluating business cases, project planning, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing reporting and transition to operational teams. Additionally, the Project Strategy Manager is tasked with fostering and sustaining robust relationships primarily within internal divisions while supporting the Country organization.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects and implementing corrective measures when outcomes significantly diverge from expectations. Initiate essential business strategies and make informed decisions to achieve set objectives, seize opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance team quality. Guarantee the high-quality execution of one-off projects and/or process modifications within the regular business framework to ensure seamless operations and reporting. Assist in developing financial business cases through data analysis and research of both internal and external information. Establish project governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and necessary documentation. Collaborate with various departments (Commercial, MS, Finance, and Operations) to garner support, define priorities, coordinate activities, and obtain pertinent information for business management. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and analyze relevant data. Develop insightful dashboards and reporting tools for country teams to enhance and optimize their KPIs. Regularly establish policies, procedures, and training materials, assist in the annual review of regulations, and ensure all materials are current.Primary KPIs

Highly organized and methodical Strong ability to lead and coordinate projects with both internal (up to Senior Management level) and external stakeholders Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail Excellent communication skills, particularly within a diverse global organization Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectivelyRequired Skills
Proficient in Dutch and English (both verbal and written) Knowledge of French is advantageous Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills Advanced Excel capabilities Familiarity with Microstrategy and SalesForce is a plusEducational Qualifications
Ideally holds a master’s degree in economics or project management Previous experience in Operations or Finance sectors is beneficial Experience in an international company or organization is valuable 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management within an international context-
