We zijn op zoek naar een Unit Coördinator Jeugd en Gezinshulp voor 36 uur per week bij de Gemeente Zoetermeer.

Als Unit Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van één of twee units van Team Jeugd- en Gezinshulp. Je zorgt voor een goede verdeling van het werk binnen het team en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk van de individuele medewerkers. Je bent de vraagbaak en coach voor je medewerkers en zorgt voor teambuilding.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en voor alle personele aangelegenheden, zoals het toekennen en accorderen van reiskosten, studiekosten, verzuimbegeleiding, zorgverlof, ouderschapsverlof en vacaturevervulling.

Je bent de schakel met andere afdelingen binnen het Sociaal Domein, de ketenpartners en klanten en denkt mee over toekomstig beleid. Je handelt klachten af en legt zo nodig verantwoording af aan de nationale ombudsman.

Functie-eisen

We hebben eisen en wensen geformuleerd voor deze functie. Aan alle eisen moet worden voldaan om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie.

Eisen:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar in een leidinggevende functie binnen het sociaal domein
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van Jeugdhulp binnen een politiek-bestuurlijke organisatie

Wensen:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding op minimaal hbo bachelor niveau
  • Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie
  • Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 3 jaar binnen het sociaal domein van een gemeente
  • Aantoonbare werkervaring met advisering binnen het sociaal domein van een gemeentelijke instelling
