Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Legal Officer to join our Real Estate team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with the implementation, incorporation, and optimization of holding and financing companies
  • Handling all legal and corporate matters for client companies, including evaluating, reviewing, and preparing relevant legal documents
  • Participating in the execution of transactions for client companies, such as restructurings, refinancing, and mergers & acquisitions
  • Assisting with board meetings and shareholder meetings
  • Maintaining client companies in good legal standing and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Contributing to our growth ambitions by marketing our service offering

Your Profile:

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A Master's degree in Dutch (corporate) law
  • 1-3 years of experience in the legal field and affinity with corporate management services
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing
  • Team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and the ability to take initiative
