- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver Trade Finance products and services
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of Trade Finance products and services
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and improvement
- Lead initiatives to improve Trade Finance product performance and customer satisfaction
You will be part of our Transaction Services team, which is responsible for improving the transaction experience, unlocking new business models, and reducing manual handling while remaining compliant with regulatory and market standards. Our team serves businesses ranging from Small & Medium Enterprises to Corporate & Institutional Clients.
Requirements- 8+ years of relevant work experience in Trade Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, process management, business analysis, sales, or operations
- High business acumen and commercial growth focus
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Higher educational background and relevant work experience
