About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Transformation Program Manager to join our team at FrieslandCampina. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies to enhance our manufacturing processes and products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize quality improvement projects.
  • Design and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in a relevant technical field (chemistry, analytical, food technology, process engineering, microbiology, etc.).
  • More than 5 years of experience in quality improvement management in execution positions.
  • More than 5 years of experience in LEAN/6σ and Continuous Improvement applications.
  • Experience in project management activities.
  • Proven track record of delivering performance improvement through the application of standards, capabilities, and digital solutions in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
