The Transformation Team
The Transformation team at Nutreco is responsible for standardising, harmonising, and automating our global operations. Our team consists of a Global Process Owner, Business Expert, Technology Lead, Change Manager, and Internal Control. Each member is a subject matter expert in their domain, accountable for their own part of the transformation cycle.
About The Role
Job Summary
The Implementation Lead will be pivotal in conducting business impact analysis, managing requirements, and executing the final implementation of the transformation. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will drive improvements across Nutreco's global Operating Companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the business impact analysis process for all affected business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess potential impacts, risks, and opportunities associated with the project.
- Provide input and guidance to the Technology Lead, Internal Controller, and Global Process Owner throughout the solution development phase.
- Execute the transformation process at the BU level, ensuring smooth integration and operational adaptation.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Change Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 10+ years of experience in business transformation and implementation rollouts on a global or regional scale.
- Experience working on transformation projects in large organisations.
- Proven track record in business impact analysis and requirements gathering across multiple disciplines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
