As the Young Professional Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our supply chain talent pipeline, ensuring that our young professionals are well-prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of the Global Supply Chain Young Professional Program, including planning, organizing, and managing key activities such as Academy Weeks and Rotations.
  • Provide guidance and support to Young Professionals within the program, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the program's impact and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with top leadership and various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the program's success.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, talent management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and talent management, coaching, or a related role, with a proven track record of guiding and developing young professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
