Nutreco, a member of the SHV family, is committed to advancing the future of food production through sustainable and innovative practices. Our two business lines, Skretting and Trouw Nutrition, are leading providers of innovative solutions in aquaculture and animal nutrition.

As the Young Professional Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our supply chain talent pipeline. You will oversee the development and execution of the Global Supply Chain Young Professional Program, ensuring that our young professionals are well-prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the program's impact and effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to Young Professionals within the program.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement initiatives to drive growth.
  • Coordinate the three Academy Weeks and manage compliance-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and talent management, coaching, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in guiding and developing Young Professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
