Key Responsibilities:
Contribute significantly to the advancement of clinical products by developing new software solutions and supporting platforms utilizing the latest technologies. You will be expected to demonstrate a proactive approach, maintain a focus on quality, and strive for continuous improvement in processes and tools. Define and guide the software technical roadmap in alignment with overarching technology strategies, ensuring consistency in design choices and resource management across various projects. Ensure the integrity of software interfaces and oversee the implementation of architecture in modular, maintainable components. Collaborate with a dynamic international R&D team, fostering a multidisciplinary approach to software development while maintaining flexibility in your work.Ideal Candidate Profile:
A master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in real-time embedded software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role as a Software Architect. Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain a high-level overview while also delving into details to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to create clear architectural diagrams and roadmaps for diverse stakeholders. Recognized for being hands-on and knowledgeable about contemporary software technologies, including the latest C++ standards and Linux environments.
