We are seeking a skilled Bioanalytical Project Lead to join our team at ICON Plc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead complex projects within the bioanalytical laboratory in Assen.

About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the laboratory. Your primary focus will be on managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes. You will also provide regular study updates to clients and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute bioanalytical projects within the laboratory.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, life sciences, or pharmacy.
  • Several years of experience in chromatographic and mass spectrometric methods or project management within a laboratory or clinical research setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company at client meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
