Job Title: Global R&D Manager - Chief Innovation Officer

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Global R&D Manager to lead our Research and Development department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge products, securing patents, and shaping our technological vision in the energy transition to heat pumps.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive R&D roadmap focusing on sustainable heating solutions.
  • Lead the creation of innovative products with a strong emphasis on IP protection.
  • Foster strategic partnerships across the value chain to identify joint growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the R&D team.
  • Manage and coach a high-performing R&D team, ensuring alignment with our goals.
Requirements
  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Mechanics or Energy.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in heating solutions.
  • Experience in the development of heat pumps or Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to interface with local and international teams.
  • Innovative and passionate about new heating technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic, helicopter view.
  • Excellent people management, project management, and coaching skills.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
