Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and security of employees, guests, and visitors within the hotel, 24/7
  • Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests
  • Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and ensuring their safety and security
  • Coach and mentor security team members to ensure they are equipped to handle any situation
  • Fluently communicate in Dutch and have excellent English language skills
  • Possess the Dutch security diploma Beveiliger 2 or ABM
  • Share our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Involvement, and Care
  • Have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Previous security experience in a similar role is highly desirable
