Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and security of our hotel, its guests, and employees, 24/7
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our guests and colleagues
  • Drive guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations and providing exceptional service
  • Mentor and coach our security team members to help them grow and succeed
  • Communicate effectively in Dutch and English, and possess a strong understanding of Dutch security regulations
  • Hold a Dutch security diploma (Beveiliger 2 or ABM)
  • Embody our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Involvement, and Care
